Qualifications for 245D Services

To receive 245D services (identified with an *), individuals must be approved for a state waiver such as Brain Injury (BI), Community Alternative Care (CAC), Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals (CADI), Developmental Disabilities (DD), or the Elderly Waiver. Your approved waiver type and allocated budget determine the specific services available to you. The waiver approval process is thorough and prioritizes those with the most urgent needs. If waiver funding is not available or does not cover the service you require, you may still access these 245D services privately.
